Asha Dore is a writer, editor, publisher, illustrator, practicing speech-laguage pathologist, fitness instructor, and mother. In 2016, she received her MFA from Eastern Oregon University. In 2017, she received a masters in speech-language pathology from Portland State University. She is an editor of creative nonfiction and illustrator for Witchcraft Magazine, and she leads the creative nonfiction workshop, Textures. Her work has appeared in Parents Magazine, Volume 1 Brooklyn, The Rumpus, Hobart, Brain, Child Magazine, and elsewhere. She is a college writing instructor in the Seattle metro area, and she is the creative director and a founding member of ReadYeti and the author of Far Away But Beside You.
